 Walking Alone Helps Me Relax

Finding peace in every quiet step.

When I feel stressed from studying or daily life at UKM, I like to take a walk alone. Walking helps me calm down and clear my mind. I usually walk around the campus in the evening when the weather is cool and quiet. The sound of birds, the wind in the trees, and the soft lights make me feel peaceful.


During my walk, I often think about my day and try to let go of my worries. Sometimes I listen to soft music or just enjoy the silence. After walking, I always feel more relaxed and ready to face challenges again. For me, walking alone is not just exercise — it’s a way to find peace inside my heart.
