WALKING ALON

Image
Walking Alone Helps Me Relax Finding peace in every quiet step. When I feel stressed from studying or daily life at UKM, I like to take a walk alone. Walking helps me calm down and clear my mind. I usually walk around the campus in the evening when the weather is cool and quiet. The sound of birds, the wind in the trees, and the soft lights make me feel peaceful. During my walk , I often think about my day and try to let go of my worries. Sometimes I listen to soft music or just enjoy the silence. After walking, I always feel more relaxed and ready to face challenges again. For me, walking alone is not just exercise — it’s a way to find peace inside my heart.

GO TO TAKE PHOTOS

Image
My Hobby: Photography Through my lens, I see the beauty of everyday life. One of my favorite hobbies is photography . I enjoy taking photos because it allows me to record beautiful moments in my life. Whenever I walk around the UKM campus or travel to a new place, I always bring my phone or camera with me. I love capturing nature, buildings, and people’s smiles. Photography helps me see the world from a different angle. It teaches me to be patient and to notice small details, like the sunlight through the trees or the reflection on water. Sometimes I also edit my photos and share them on social media. It makes me happy when my friends like my pictures. For me, photography is not just a hobby — it’s a way to express my feelings and creativity.

MY SCHOOL LIFE

Image
My Daily Life at UKM Studying at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) is a wonderful experience for me. Every morning, I usually have breakfast at the cafeteria near my hostel before going to class. The campus is big and full of green trees, which makes me feel calm and fresh. My classes are mostly about business, and I enjoy learning new things from my lecturers and classmates who come from many different countries. After class, I often go to the library to do my assignments or group discussions. Sometimes, I meet my friends at the café to relax and chat. In the evening, I like to walk around the campus or join student activities. UKM not only gives me knowledge but also helps me grow as a person. I feel happy to study and live here every day.

TALKING ABOUT MY DREAM

Image
My Dream to Start My Own Business Hi everyone! My name is Fatimah, and I'm studying Business at UKM. I've always been interested in how small ideas can grow into real businesses that make people's lives better. My dream is to start my own company in the future — something creative and meaningful that shares my culture with others. Right now, my main goal is to improve my English, especially in speaking and writing. I believe good communication is the key to success in business. I also hope to learn more about marketing and management, so I can be ready to build my own brand one day. I know it will take time and effort, but I'm confident that every step I take brings me closer to my dream.

MISSING AT UKM

Missing My Family While Studying at UKM far from home, but close at heart Studying at UKM is a great experience, but sometimes I really miss my family. Living far from home is not always easy. I often think about my parents, our dinners together, and the warm feeling of being at home. When I feel lonely, I look at family photos or call them to share my day. Hearing their voices always makes me feel better. Even though I miss them, I know studying abroad helps me become more independent and strong. I’ve learned to take care of myself, manage my time, and face challenges alone. My family always encourages me to keep going and reminds me why I came here — to study hard and build a better future. Their love gives me strength, even when they are far away.

MY MBTI

My Life as an ENFP :  Fun, Chaos, and Lots of Big Ideas I f you've ever met someone who gets super excited talking about their new favorite thing—like a funny podcast, a silly plan to help at a community garden, or a random bookstore with a cat café upstairs—that’s probably me! I’m an ENFP, and my brain works like a bunch of fireworks: bright, all over the place, and always looking for the next fun thing. I love hanging out with people—not just to chat, but to turn a boring day into something cool. Like, once I talked to a stranger at a café about their pet dog, and we both ended up laughing so hard we cried. I need a little alone time to rest, but nothing beats sharing small joys (even bad coffee!) with others. B eing an ENFP isn't perfect, though. I once joined a pottery class, a Spanish class, and a stand-up comedy class in one week—I got tired after 3 days, but hey, now I can say “I’m bad at jokes” in Spanish and make a wonky mug! I also worry too much about small things...

THE FOOD UNDER DIFFERENT CULTURE

Image
A bite of two world Malaysia VS China Food isn't just fuel—it's a love letter written in spices, textures, and traditions. My recent deep dives into Malaysian and Chinese cuisines showed me how two rich cultures turn simple ingredients into stories, each bite tasting like a piece of their history. Malaysian food is a vibrant “flavor party” where cultures collide. Walk through a night market in Kuala Lumpur, and you’ll smell nasi lemak first: coconut rice steamed to fluffy perfection, paired with spicy sambal, crispy fried anchovies, and a soft boiled egg. What I adore most is its “melting pot” soul—laksa blends Chinese noodles with Malay coconut curry, while roti canai (flaky flatbread) has Indian roots but’s now a national favorite. Every dish feels like Malaysia itself: diverse, warm, and unapologetically bold. Chinese cuisine , by contrast, is a masterclass in balance and intention. It’s not just about taste—each dish follows the “Yin-Yang” philosophy, like pairing spicy ...

My sport hobbies

Image
MY SPORT HOBBIES  THEN JUST SWWEAT, MORE THAN JUST FUN Sports aren’t just a way to stay active for me—they’re little pockets of joy that fit into my busy days. The three I stick to most? Running, badminton, and yoga. Each serves a different purpose, but together they keep me balanced, both physically and mentally. Running is my “me time.” Three mornings a week, I lace up my shoes and jog along the river near my place. It’s not about speed or distance; it’s about escaping the noise of emails and to-do lists. The sound of my steps and the early sun make it feel like a quiet meditation, and by the end, I’m ready to tackle the day. Badminton and yoga round things out perfectly. Every Saturday, I play badminton with friends at the community gym—we’re not pros, just a group laughing through missed shots and high-fiving silly wins. Yoga, on the other hand, is my calm. It eases my desk-bound back pain and teaches me to slow down, something I rarely do otherwise. These hobbies aren’t ...

THE KITTY AT UKM

Image
Meeting adorable cats at UKM I think UKM is a kingdom of animal. I’ve meet a lot of different animals, such as monkeys, birds, and cats so on. As a catlover I am crazy about cute kitties. So I feel very happy to see adorable cats everyday. That makes me all day’s good mood.  Especially, when I meet a three-color kitty near KIZ it makes me pleasant. This three-colors kitty is the most beautiful cat that I have meet at UKM. Because it looks like the  cat that I had before but mine has lost. So I except to see it everyday.

MY TRAVEL DIARY

My traveling diary Traveling is a part of my life. I love traveling. I love exploring the world. I wanna fell the sunshine. I wanna breathe the fresh air. I seek my soul. I seek the meaning of life. Travel is a poetic journey of the soul, not belong to any specific place——— it is the way the wind brings  unknown scents to your senses, the way unexpected sights like a  weathered door  or stranger’s smile  Stir your heart , and the way every step unveils a new layer of yourself amidst the  World’s endless stories .

THE COURE AT UKM

Exploring the course at UKM To be honest, when I had my first course at UKM, I really felt its difference between senior high school and university studying.  Unlike my high school classes where teachers led us through every detail step by step, the professors here prefer opening discussion to let us give our own opinion. So we can share different ideas from a variety of perspectives. Then we can get more useful views and cultivate our mind-thinking. What is more, one of the other differences is we get some group tasks to complete. After that we can be better team player even leader. Even if there are a lot of difference habits, I would like to start my new chapter at UKM and explore more curious things. Inshallah💙 I can have an unforgettable and great memory of here. LOVE UKM

Why I come to Malaysia?

Image
What makes me to choose Malaysia ? To be honest, there are many different factors that push me to select to come and study in Malaysia. Let me tell you those now. Actually, I’ve been Malaysia many times before I study here. So I have already seen the beauty of here. Especially in Kuala Lumpur I can see a modern city surrounded by various plants. This city has all kinds of  facilities to supply convenient life and meanwhile different kinds of trees provide fresh air to let people fell refreshed. So, in my opinion, living in Malaysia is very cozy. Besides, the climate of here also attracts me a lot. I am a person who prefer warm weather. I love the endless summer here! What’s more, I met a brunch of people who is friendly and enthusiastic. They really added more happiness into my trip. Last but not least, Malaysia is a Muslim-friendly country. I fell like stay at my home when I stay here. Everything was all good.  Inshallah🤍🤍🤍  the future will be better.

The first day at UKM

MY FIRST DAY AT UKM: nervous and excitement fill my heart. When I stepped into the campus of UKM, a kind of complex emotion appear in my heart, which is anxious and excitement. Even if it was not  My fist time coming UKM . To be honest, I still fell like unreal for that I finally become a student at UKM.  I am excited because I will get a lot of opportunities to meet new people and explore new things. And I also can learn new knowledge and skills. However, I am also nervous—what if I cannot keep up the courses? What if I struggle to make friends? Yet, looking at the lovely campus, I know UKM will be a wonderful place in my life. Inshallah, I hope to grow here, have fun, and make this journey to be unforgettable.👊👊
